hi all,
i'm a proud owner of the al new cbz extreme(the latest edition of 2009).. my bike has al new stickering n color with back red alloy n front black alloy. The bike jus rockssssss, really love to go in it... the perfomance, pickup, riding comfort, handling, looks, style etc etc.... where ever i go al ppl ll atleast take a glimse of my bike.. many have asked abt the looks....

hmm perfomace s jus amazing, i ll be the first to fly from any signal.. al other bikers ll be eatin the mud left by me.. ATFT- advanced tumble flow induction technology al means that the fire flow inside the engine ll roll through a circular chamber givin it more power n pick up.. it also produces more spark from the plug after a speed of 40.(al this info given by a well reputed HH service man). the pick with 14.4 BHP s jus rockin, its more than any bike of this range.

It gives a milage of 46. i took this bike on 26-feb-2009. it took nearly a month for HH to deliver me the bike. check out the new looks of the bike its jus superb, it goes on high demand........
for any details mail me to www.vrajeshkumar@gmail.com..
tc have a happy ride...

Cheers Rajesh........

I have been riding Yamaha RX100 for the past 7 years. Recently I bought CBZ Xtreme after contemplating on other 150s (Pulsar 150cc, Unicorn). Apache was not in my list because I felt it is a small bike for me, who is 6+ feet tall.

Pulsar and CBZ Xtreme were in my final list. I chose CBZ Xtreme because of the following reasons:
1. Gear was good. I used to control RX100 with gears than with breaks. CBZ was the only bike in which I can do the same. Pulsar.... sorry. Its gear is not that great.

2. Pick up. Pulsar is good too in this category.

3. Looks. I liked CBZ looks more than Pulsar even though pulsar has air-filled shock absorber and digital speedometer. I doubt the capability of Pulsar to make fault free digital bikes. I feel Bajaj doesn't have enough experience in bike making compared to Honda, which is backing HH.

4. Tuff-up tube. I love to see CBZ Xtreme with tubless tyres like pulsar 220. I am ready to pay more for this.

I get around 45 to 50 KMPL. This is a good milege for me. I used to get 40 KMPL in my RX100.

I like to use my new CBZ Xtreme for long rides over highways and RX100 for city rides.

I still like RX100 because of superb initial pickup and better control.

I like CBZ Xtreme for its power, suspension, and comfort.

NOTE: Whatever I have written are my feelings and experience. If you have different feelings and experience, I am not against you. You choose your machine as per your taste.

I care more about performance and life of the machine than the mileage. My RX100 is 17+ years old and still enjoying head-turners attention.

I guess i'm in the wrong site. I really don't give a shit for the new bikes that are being launched in the market. These are fancy and mileage oriented for masses of india. I still have the classic YAMAHA RX-100 & YAMAHA RD-350. My RD-350 is still the fastest bike in india producing well over 35Bhp. I'm sorry to see modern youth converting towards KMPL rather than KMPH atleast once in their life.

coming back to CBZ, it's not a bad bike.. I'd prefer CBZ and apache to pulsar. pulsar looks like boiled potato.
