This is one of the best movies of Kamal..And certainly the best for Gautham. Each time he manages to come out with a super hit….(Minnale and then Kakka Kakka)….

This movie is second of the trilogy of the Police stories which he is directing. The first one being Kakka Kakka (An episode in a young police officer’s Life) and this (Vettaiyadu Vilaiyadu) one being the story of a Middle aged Police officer’s lifestory. And the last one yet to come is of a senior police officer’s life story.

This movie will easily win the best Villain award. Gautham (director) manages to bring out the best of the villains. Even for his previous movie, the actor won the best villain. Even though the villian comes in the second half of the movie, the scenes are scary, gruesome and gripping, all credit to the villain (he is just toooooo goood). His dialogues with Kamal and Jyothika in the climax is to be watched. Its very funny at the same time terrifying and scary.

Kamal should shed some weight and continue his world class acting. The matured romance between Kamal and Jyothika needs a special mention.

Would’nt want to reveal the movie details, just in a line, its a chase for two doctors/serial killers. The execution of each and every murder is very very gruesome and scary and haunting. Its a must watch for everyone, even for non-tamilians. Very solid technical details. The way new york is pictured is simple superb. Hats off to Ravi Varman for his cinematography. This movie is not inferior to any Hollywood one. Tamil movies are catching up with them. Great direction by Gautham

Prakash Raj is superb in the cameo which he comes. Its Kamal all the way. Too bad the other heroine Kamalini Mukherjee didn’t get much attention. Absolutely no comedy sequences at all in this thriller. Thats a great attempt by the director in these times when comedy is given lots of importance in Tamil movies. Background score by Harris Jayaraj is simply superb. Music is outstanding once again by Harris Jayaraj. World class. I wasnt a Kamal fan, but now after seeing it, certainly yes.

The serial killers are gays (homosexuals) but they rape all their victims? (All victims r women) ??? So just wondering???

An excellent movie. Worth a second watch. I am gonna drag my friends 4 this movie (kamu, nara and sumesh, be prepared)….I have already promised Raj & Sri for another watch..(My other set of frnds)..
